CAMPAIGN

BURGER KING

HRU? WYD RN? If you know, you know. We text the way

we talk: fast, short, and full of abbreviations. We skip letters, shorten words, and turn entire sentences into a few characters. To us, it makes perfect sense. To everyone else? Not so much. And that’s exactly the point.

Following a creative brief from advertising agency Happiness, we developed a campaign for Burger King’s student audience, inspired by the way young people communicate every day. Think cryptic messages, familiar abbreviations, and a language that only makes sense

if you’re part of the group.

Meet the BK STDNTDL: Burger King’s student deal,

promoted entirely through SMS language. By speaking

the language of students, we created a playful and relatable campaign that turns everyday texting habits into a creative way to grab attention and make the deal stand out.

Less typing, more saving.

BRB, getting my BK STDNTDL.
